RESOLUTION NO. 2018-04

Lincoln County Fire Protection District #6
BURNBAN 

WHEREAS, The Commissioners of Lincoln County Fire Protection District #6 have declared there will be a Burn Ban starting June 30th, 2018 on all land within District #6 and protected by District #6. The Bum Ban will be in effect through September 30, 2018 or until fire dangers abate.

All outdoor burning will not be permitted, with the exception of approved propane cooking devices or propane fire pits.

THEREFORE the Bum Ban applies to all land with the boundaries of Lincoln County Fire Protection District #6 including the Towns of Harrington, Mohler and Downs.

Harrington WA Dog Ordinance

The City Council of Harrington approved Ordinance #488 pertaining to the licensing, vaccination, and registration requirements of dogs; prohibiting dogs from running at large within the corporate limits of the
City of Harrington; or creating a public nuisance by barking; proper disposal of animal waste; authorizing the impoundment and destruction of dogs; providing for civil penalties; and superseding all other
ordinances in conflict.

Livestock & Zoning

Livestock is only allowed outside the livestock boundary when the animals are permitted by the City.  By Zoning Ordinance #319, no livestock is allowed within the boundary. By Ordinance #104, livestock can be allowed outside this boundary, provided the City Clerk is informed, and a permit is approved.

SECTION  l. :  The  provisions of  this  ordinance shall be the rules and regulations of the City of Harrington concerning proper zoning and land use, and shall be known as "The Comprehensive Plan and Zoning Ordinance of the City of Harrington."

An Ordinance of the City of Harrington, prohibiting the storage of junk vehicles on public or private property within the limits of the City of Harrington and establishing the procedure for removal and recovery of costs therefor, and providing for the effective date thereof.

An Ordinance identifying and defining nonhighway vehicles, authorizing their passage along the streets and highways of the City of Harrington and establishing a permit system therefor and imposing restrictions thereon, making the violation thereof a traffic infraction and providing penalties therefor.

An Ordinance regulating the parking and occupying of recreational vehicles and trailers outside established areas.
