Harrington City Council
January 16 @ 7:30 pm - 9:00 pm
Rescheduled from normal 2nd Wednesday date due to schedule conflicts.
The principal job of a city or town council is to set policy. A policy is a course of action for a community. Policy-making often takes the form of passing ordinances or resolutions. After policy decisions are made by the legislative body, others perform the administrative task of implementing the policies.
City Council meetings are open to the public, however comments and questions may be limited to specific time periods. Agendas are posted at City Hall 24 hours in advance of meetings.
Questions about the agenda can be directed to the City Clerk.
